Microsoft Office 365 is a collection or world class software products designed to improve productivity, enable team collaboration, provide a central point for them to store and share files.

Lync Online is a communication tool that enables users to have conversations using instant messaging, voice calls or video conferencing. Lync also has “Presence” which shows the user if the person they wish communicate with is available.
For those occasions when you are using a computer that does not have Microsoft Office installed users individuals can use Office applications hosted on Microsoft servers. The applications available are Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
